Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by Mark's Window Cleaning Services are free and given in good faith based on the information supplied. Final pricing may be confirmed or adjusted on inspection of the property if access or conditions differ from what was described.

Bookings & Cancellations

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit. In the case of poor weather, we may need to rearrange your appointment for safety reasons.

Access & Safety

Please ensure reasonable access to the areas being cleaned, including gates and outdoor taps where relevant. We reserve the right to decline work that we judge to be unsafe to carry out.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking or on completion of the work, as confirmed with you directly.

Liability

Mark's Window Cleaning Services carries insurance for the services we provide. We take reasonable care on every visit, and any concerns about completed work should be raised with us promptly so we can put things right.
